Nettie's Homemade Cappuccino Mix

6 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoon Instant Expresso Coffee
3 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 Cup Nondairy Creamer
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Real easy to Make
Blend all together in large bowl. Place in a airtight bag.

Directions for use:  Add 4 Tablespoon of mix to 6 oz. of
very Hot water, Stir well, ENJOY!!
 
 
 
 

Sunny Sherbet Slush

6 oz. Frozen Orange Juice
6 oz. Frozen Lemonade
3 Cups unsweetened pineapple juice
3 Cups Orange Sherbet
2 (28oz.) Bottles Gingerale, Chilled

In Large non metal container mix Slightly thawed
lemonade, Orange Juice, pineapple juice and Sherbet.
Cover and Freeze.
To Serve: Let stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes
Spoon into punch bowl, add chilled gingerale.

Can be doubled but freeze seperate containers
Makes 29 ... 1/2 cup servings
 
 
 
 
 
 

Mexican Coffee

3/4 cup ground dark roast coffee
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 cups cold water
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 Tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla Extract

Garnish with Whipped cream & cinnamon

Place coffee and Cinnamon in filter basket of coffeemaker.
Add water to coffeemaker and brew as directed.  In a
saucepan, blend milk, chocolate syrup and sugar.  Sitr
over low heat until sugar dissolves.  Combine milk mixture and
brewed coffee; stir in vanilla.
Garnish as directed above.
Makes 6 cups
