Four Cheese Macaroni
1- package (16 oz.) Elbow Macaroni
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 1/4 Cups Milk
4 - 6 Slices of Bread Toasted,
buttered, & crumbled
2 Cups (8 oz.) shredded Extra
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 Cups (6 0z.) Shredded
Swiss Cheese
1/2 Cup crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 Cup grated or Shredded
Parmesan Cheese
Cook macaroni according to package
directions. Meanwhile,
in a saucepan over medium heat,
melt butter. Stir in Flour,
salt & pepper until smooth.
Bring to a boil; boil & stir for 2 minutes.
Gradually add Milk, stirring
constantly. Reduce heat to low; add
cheeses and stir until melted.
Add Macaroni to the cheese sauce.
Place in a 9x13 casserole.
Top with Bread crumbs. Place in a
350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
