Welcome to Our house at Christmas.
It's December 23rd, my cookies
are baked. See how yummy they look.
This year I baked only about 18 dozen
and invented a new cookie which I will
post after Christmas on my Goodie page.
(gotta wait for the guinea pigs to give me feedback
*grin*).
We host Christmas dinner each year for
between 20-25 family members. All
dishes are made by Lil Net and myself.
I love baking for a crowd!
Our House is decorated with all of my
cherished items. As you can see, I love
dolls
and animated Christmas items. The kids
in the family love them too, it's usually the
first place they head when walking in. Keeps them busy , entertained,
and quiet while I'm putting the final touches on dinner.

The 3 pictures above are of the Foyer. The
wreath in the second picture is new this year.
I made it.
Notice the LIST hanging in the third picture.
That's SANTA's Job list. Each guest to dinner
on Christmas picks a job. I put everyone to work from the age of 1 to 80.
They all look forward to selecting, you should
see them run for a number in hopes they will choose one of the few PARTY,
PARTY, PARTY numbers included. Some jobs are worse then others but everyone
enjoys being a part of the festivities. This year I added a surprise job
to the list HAHAHA see what lucky "Rudolph" gets to do.

descriptions.... click here
Woman's Day liked this IDEA so well they
published it with my consent in the December 18, 2001 edition!!
Included in the article is a picture of OUR rudolph all dressed up :)
The stockings are hung
in hopes that Santa will fill one of them
with Paintshop Pro for momma!
The dolls above the fireplace are animated.
The Wreath I made years ago.
This pictures below are of our living room.
The dolls above are out of my precious moments
collection. They are the winter and Christmas dolls.
This wreath hangs above my dolls and is one I
made years ago.
This is a corner shelf and contains one of my
most treasured item the nativity scene, below is a close-up.
And Last but not Least Our Tree.
I hope you have enjoyed your little tour through
our house and seeing a little
of how we deck our house out for the holidays.
May all our FRIENDS and FAMILY have
the warmest of Holidays
with Love
