Transform ordinary Fruits &
Veggies
into works of art!
Make a Radish Mouse
Step 1: Shape the Mouse's Face.
Hold the radish between your thumb and index finger; cut a flat bottom
with
a small paring knife so that the mouse will rest easily on a smooth
surface. Shape the
mouse's face into a point, leaving enough red skin to form the nose
and ears.
Step 2: Making the Mouse's Body.
Remove all the red skin, rounding the end of the mouse leaving the
stem (tail) intact.
Step 3: Forming the ears and eyes.
Cut an indention in the skin above the nose, shaping it into two round
ears.
Use peppercorns, seeds or whole cloves to make perfect eyes.
Look for more to come in the coming Months!
