This project was done as a result of having a "BUG"
after I painted the moldings, closets etc... I still figured I hadn't
done enough damage yet so I decided to tackle the drab looking
bathroom/laundry room that we have off of the Family room.

I will explain the pictures as they progress.

The first picture is one of what it looked like prior to
me doing anything.

With most of my projects I forget to do before & after pictures, perhaps its because I just am so anxious to
jump into the projects. {laughing}
See the pretty 1960 wallpaper it had on it.
Luckily it came off easily, it's the glue that was difficult to remove,
several wash downs later I did finally get it all removed.
This picture is that of the wall pictured above after work was complete.

This is another wall in the same room. The wallpaper border was designed and created by myself.  I made from it from the Sunday comic strips.  It was all measured up mounted on a thin white cardboard  and then laminating  with clear contact .  Once this was completed it was then mounted applying a thin coat of wall paper glue and pressed into place..
This hardest part was not collecting or cutting the paper to precise sizes but rather applying it to a base and covering it with the clear contact without getting any bubbles in it.
The results are great looking I'm quite pleased with the results.

This is the Bathroom Sink cabinet I commissioned Little Net to spruce up
while she was home on break. The Results are Fantastic.
The cabinet was ready for the trash as it sat & rather then toss it we took off
all the decorative plastic hardware sanded it down to its original flake board
and I handed Lil Net some Paint and Comic Strips and told her to do her thing.

Above, are a couple of the wall plates I made for the bathroom after changing all
the electrical outlets. The original ones were ivory vs white. I took stickers and
other finds made a collage out of them, applied clear contact and gave each one
a different comic strip theme.

I even redid the bathroom trash can with leftover comic strips.
Again, this was accomplished by taking comic strips cut from
the newspaper and laminated them onto a plastic bathroom
garbage can just below the upper lip of the can.

Take NOTE.. The floor  wound up being the biggest challenge of all. Replacing the old one required removing washer/dryer and toilet from the room.

I made the entire room a basic white the yellowed patterned floor no longer
matched. Net gets the CREDIT for the floor, I would not have been able

to do it by myself.
