Welcome to the long overdue flower bed page.
I opted to wait on posting this page in hopes
I would have completed work on all my beds around
the yard but due to the rainy weather and
lack of energy I seem to have this summer
I will not be able to share all I had hoped.

This is a small flower bed near the
street in front of our house. This picture
was taken the day I totally redid it. If you
look close & quick  you see a drooping "Hosta"
in the picture to the left.... You know there's a story
coming (grin)

This is the same bed taken from a different angle
2 days later.  Notice the lack of foliage on the "Hosta".
Below is a Picture of the culprits in action!

If you look close in the background you can see the
DEER... you will have a hard time convincing me that
their name fits them.

I originally had a ton of tulips planted in the area but
never once got to see them in bloom.  It always seemed
the day they were to bloom, I would come home from
work and someone had stolen them. Cut nice & even.
I at first,  thought it was Lil' Nets school chums playing
with me, until I saw a DEER having his morning breakfast
one year.

This is a flower bed I have in the rear of the house.
It wraps around the entire family room we have off the
back of the house.

This is another angle on the bed pictured above.
I have planted mostly perennials so that it requires
little of my time.

As you can see in this picture the construction
continues on the house.

The bed which is  not included is located on the side of the house
and spans 65 to 70 foot. It receives very little sunlight
due to trees shading it and I have yet to find anything to grow
successfully there.  Hence,  the reason for me
dragging my feet...
Hey, I'm pretty good at excuses I wonder if I can
make a living at it. *wink*
